🛍️ Orders & Payments
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
- Prices are listed in Tunisian Dinar (TND). International customers may see converted prices based on their location.
- We accept secure payments via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and local bank transfers.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
- Domestic (Tunisia): Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days.
- International: Delivery times vary by region (7–14 business days). Customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
- Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Custom or made-to-measure designs are non-refundable unless defective.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
🎨 Custom Design Policy
- Custom orders require a consultation and confirmation of measurements.
- Production time is typically 10–15 business days depending on complexity.
- Once approved, custom designs are final sale and cannot be returned.

- All designs, logos, images, and content on Imen Store are the intellectual property of the brand.
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
🌍 International Use
- Customers outside Tunisia are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws regarding imports, taxes, and duties.
⚖️ Limitation of Liability
- Imen Store is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
- We are not responsible for misuse, alteration, or damage to garments after delivery.
