📦 Eligibility for Returns

- Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.  

- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.  

- Custom or made-to-measure designs are non-refundable unless defective.  

- Sale items are final and cannot be returned unless faulty.  

🔄 Exchange Policy

- Exchanges are available for size or color variations, subject to stock availability.  

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.  

💳 Refunds

- Refunds are processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.  

- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.  

- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

🚚 Return Process

1. Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp to request a return authorization.  

2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.  

3. Ship the item to the address provided by our team.  

4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund or exchange status.  

⚖️ Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
